Finance Officer

About the role

The Finance Officer will support Cetta Online Class by maintaining accurate financial records and providing insightful financial analysis. This role combines routine accounting tasks with strategic budgeting and reporting to ensure financial integrity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date financial records, including transactions, invoices, receipts, and expenses.
• Create and manage student attendance data linked to financial reporting.
• Cross‑reference salary slips with prescribed formats to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Prepare financial budget forecasts and support budgeting cycles.
• Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions to ensure ledger consistency.
• Develop, generate, and distribute regular financial reports for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, financial statements, and journal entries.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (certified preferred).
• Experience with finance‑related software or web applications.
