Finance AR Analyst

About the role

The Finance AR Analyst will manage, monitor, and develop the company’s transaction processes, including receipts, non‑installment receipts, and payments. The role supports the Finance function in planning strategies, improving tools, and ensuring accurate, effective transactions that align with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end transaction process for receipts, non‑installment receipts, and payments.
• Facilitate the planning and development of finance strategies, processes, and work tools.
• Monitor monthly reconciliations with internal and external parties to ensure transaction validity and accuracy.
• Build and improve processes and cooperation with related parties involved in transaction handling.
• Follow up on cases or complaints that cannot be resolved at the controller level.
• Prepare reports and analyses and submit them to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in Management, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills, strong drive, eagerness to achieve, willingness to learn, teamwork orientation, and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to be assigned to the Head Office in South Jakarta.
