Executive Sales – Heavy Equipment Spare Parts

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Sales professional to drive growth in the heavy equipment spare parts market. You will manage existing accounts, generate new business, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities to meet sales targets and expand market share.
• Conduct customer visits, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Ensure timely order processing and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide technical and commercial recommendations for spare parts based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability and delivery schedules.
• Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Develop effective sales strategies to support business growth and achieve company objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field; preferably Engineering, Business or related.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in heavy equipment spare parts, industrial products, mining or B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, negotiation techniques and business development.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate spare‑parts solutions.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and willing to travel for business purposes.
• Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
