Posisi Desk Collection / Penagihan via Call bertanggung jawab melakukan follow up dan penagihan kepada pelanggan melalui telepon, chat, atau email.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Melakukan follow up dan menghubungi database yang disediakan perusahaan.
Menagih dan mengirim reminder pembayaran yang akan jatuh tempo melalui telepon, chat, email, atau media lain.

Profil yang Dibutuhkan

Laki-laki atau perempuan dengan minimal pendidikan SMK/SMA.
Tidak sedang menempuh pendidikan offline maupun online.
Terbuka untuk lulusan baru, tidak harus berpengalaman, akan diberikan training.
