About the role

Kitabisa is looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries and issues through online channels. You will ensure timely resolutions, build strong relationships with donors and users, and contribute to a positive experience that supports the platform’s mission.

Key responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer questions via WhatsApp Business API, email, and other digital platforms.
Analyze, assess, and resolve complaints with empathy and problem‑solving skills.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ticketing systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes.
Foster loyalty through personalized and attentive interactions.

Required profile

Minimum D3 (associate) degree.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or sales support.
Strong communication, friendly demeanor, and patience.
Bonus: knowledge of sharia/Islamic finance, philanthropic products, or insurance.
