Client Relations – Bancassurance Life Consultant

About the role

The position is a client‑relations role within the bancassurance channel, representing AIA insurance products at partner bank branches. The consultant will promote life insurance solutions to priority customers, provide product education, and help clients choose appropriate coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Promote AIA life insurance products through partner bank branches.
• Deliver product knowledge sessions and educational material to customers.
• Generate leads, build networks, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with bank staff and executive‑level clients.
• Provide tailored advice to meet individual customer needs.

Required profile

• Male or female, aged 21‑35 years.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree.
• For Premier role: at least 2 years experience in bancassurance or relationship management.
• For standard role: at least 6 months experience in bancassurance, retail, customer service, sales or marketing.
• Target‑oriented, proactive in lead generation.
