Business Development Officer – Bali

About the role

AECC is expanding its global footprint and seeks a dynamic Business Development Officer to join its Bali office. You will drive growth by establishing strategic collaborations, university agreements, and articulation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential partner institutions such as universities, colleges and educational organisations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with university officials, academic departments and faculty to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design market‑aligned programmes, articulation pathways and joint initiatives.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging trends, competitor strategies and new opportunities in higher education.
• Represent AECC at industry conferences, fairs and networking events to generate leads and promote the institution.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and partnership agreements to prospective partners.
• Monitor partnership performance, evaluate effectiveness and report key metrics to management.
• Stay informed on industry regulations, accreditation standards and policy changes affecting collaborations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, partnership management or sales, preferably in higher education.
• Strong knowledge of articulation agreements, credit transfer policies and international collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to identify market trends and develop actionable plans.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
