B2B Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive B2B Sales Executive to drive organic growth for our fashion and retail business. Based in South Jakarta, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding our market reach beyond Java, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, pitch, negotiate and close new B2B accounts in non‑Java regions.
• Build and nurture a robust business network to increase market coverage.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships to secure repeat business.
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Provide regular sales updates, pipeline status and performance reports to the line manager.
• Address customer concerns professionally to preserve strong business relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B/wholesale sales experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the fashion or retail industry (mandatory).
• Proven track record of organic sales growth and new client acquisition.
• Strong existing network, especially outside the Java region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with English proficiency.
• Self‑driven, proactive and highly target‑oriented.
