Associate – Manager of Energy Transition

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate‑Manager to lead energy transition projects for clients in Indonesia. You will work within the Sustainability practice, helping organisations develop and implement strategies that reduce greenhouse‑gas emissions, improve energy efficiency and adopt renewable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client operations, identify emissions hotspots and design low‑carbon roadmaps.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior partners and multidisciplinary teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Prepare investment cases, financing models and policy impact assessments for energy transition initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of climate change mitigation, energy efficiency and renewable energy concepts.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical findings to senior executives.
