Accounting Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to join LinkIT 360 in South Jakarta. The role involves handling daily financial transactions, supporting month‑end reporting and ensuring tax compliance. You will work closely with internal teams to keep our accounting records accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and petty‑cash reporting.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in tax administration, including preparation of supporting documents for PPh, PPN, withholding tax and tax reporting.
• Maintain organized filing of accounting, financial and tax records.
• Coordinate with internal departments on payment processes and required documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting and taxation, or a recent graduate with relevant internship experience.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and document organization.
• Honest, responsible, disciplined and able to meet reporting deadlines.
• Analytical mindset and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
