Account Relationship Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Account Relationship Officer to join our finance team in South Jakarta. The role focuses on managing assigned client accounts, ensuring timely debt recovery and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise assigned accounts to identify overdue balances and unresolved debts.
• Develop and negotiate repayment plans that align with client capabilities and company policies.
• Conduct follow‑up communications with clients to secure payments and resolve disputes.
• Research, design, and apply effective collection techniques to improve recovery rates.
• Maintain accurate account status records and document all collection activities.
• Prepare regular reports on collection performance and accounts‑receivable status for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Law or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proactive attitude with strong teamwork, analytical and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of legal and financial principles is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and be placed in any region across Indonesia.
