About the role

The Account Manager will drive growth and ensure client success for assigned accounts in Jakarta. You will develop strategic plans, monitor progress, and act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans for assigned accounts.
  • Oversee and evaluate the progress of new strategies.
  • Analyze client HR challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Increase revenue through repeat business, upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Manage contract implementation and ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining existing clients and driving upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Results‑oriented mindset focused on business success.
  • Broad knowledge of various industries.
