Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to accelerate business growth by acquiring new customers and managing the full sales cycle for technology solutions. The role involves understanding client needs, proposing appropriate IT, SaaS, cloud or AI services, and building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective B2B clients, generating leads and converting them into signed contracts.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
• Translate customer business challenges into tailored technology solutions, including cloud, data, AI and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with presales, solution architects and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting reports and achieve individual revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B technology sales or solution‑selling experience.
• Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle as an individual contributor.
• Strong hunter mindset with a focus on new client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging decision‑makers up to C‑level.

Required skills

• Experience selling IT, SaaS, cloud and AI or other digital solutions.
• Ability to map client business needs to technology offerings.
