Academic Career & Relation Officer

About the role

The Academic Career & Relation Officer will support Universitas Multimedia Nusantara’s growth and academic excellence. Working closely with university leadership and faculty, the officer ensures smooth administrative processes for program expansion, research tracking, and lecturer career development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist university expansion initiatives, including new study program launches and accreditation processes.
• Collaborate with LPPM to monitor, evaluate, and archive lecturers’ research and community service records.
• Manage faculty licensing procedures (NIDN, NIDK, registration changes, home‑base transfers) to maintain full compliance.
• Guide lecturers through data preparation and documentation for academic rank promotions.
• Coordinate national Educator Certification (Serdos) preparation for lecturers.
• Implement the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) framework for qualified staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience in higher‑education administration or academic affairs.
• High attention to detail and ability to master complex administrative procedures quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for daily interaction with senior academics.
• Valid driver’s license (SIM A) for occasional mobility.
