About the role

We are seeking an Admission Officer on a professional contract to represent Multimedia Nusantara School. The role involves presenting the school’s programs to prospective parents, answering their queries, and building strong relationships to drive student enrollment.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver presentations and consultations to prospective parents about MNS programs, facilities, and advantages.
  • Answer questions via existing communication platforms and foster relationships to create a referral network.
  • Build strategic partnerships with external organizations to increase school visibility and enrollment.
  • Coordinate events such as trial classes, open houses, education fairs, and community activities.
  • Manage marketing and promotional activities to achieve new student enrollment targets.

Required profile

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Management or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ICT literacy.
  • English proficiency preferred.
  • Willingness to work on a professional contract basis.
