About the role
ABB is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive sales of Motion Drive Products in Indonesia. You will work in a hybrid model from Surabaya, supporting the business strategy and growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate delivery times, payment terms and conditions to customers in line with ABB’s strategy.
- Promote the value proposition through efficient marketing activities.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities within the assigned region.
- Manage sales administration, support cash collection and assist with project management when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation, motion, drives or related electrical equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
