About the role
Join ABB’s Motion Drive Product Business in Indonesia to drive sales of advanced drive solutions. You will work in a hybrid model from Surabaya, supporting customers to improve energy efficiency and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Promote ABB Motion Drive Products, communicating delivery times, payment terms and conditions.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and manage sales processes, including cash collection and project support.
- Coordinate marketing activities and convey the value proposition to customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3‑5 years of sales experience in industrial automation, motion, drives or related equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting B2B sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of variable speed drives and motor control solutions.
- Knowledge of industrial applications for motion and drive technologies.
