About the role
PwC’s Deals Advisory team provides strategic advice and support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring. In the Corporate Finance practice you will help clients navigate complex transactions, optimise capital structures and deliver value.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse financial data, conduct due diligence and support M&A, divestiture and restructuring projects.
- Develop financial models, perform valuations and provide actionable insights to clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field; GPA > 3.0. MBA or CFA preferred.
- Associate: fresh graduates welcome; Senior Associate: minimum 2 years experience in management consulting, investment banking or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
