Business Unit Head - AI Payments App

About the role

The Business Unit Head will own the end‑to‑end development and growth of an AI‑driven payments application. Reporting directly to the CEO Office, you will be responsible for P&L, product strategy, team building and execution, driving both user adoption and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the business strategy, targets and overall performance of the AI Payments unit.
• Identify customer needs and commercial opportunities, decide on product features, and work with product, engineering and design teams to launch them.
• Recruit, coach and manage a high‑performing team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
• Drive user growth, engagement, revenue and profitability through data‑driven decisions.
• Establish partnerships and operational processes required to scale the business.
• Make rapid decisions, solve problems directly and own execution from idea to measurable results.

Required profile

• Proven track record building, launching or scaling a product, business or business unit.
• Experience owning P&L, revenue, growth or other measurable business outcomes.
• Strong product and commercial judgement with ability to work across product, engineering, operations and commercial functions.
• Hands‑on leadership style, comfortable moving between strategy and detailed execution.
• Experience in fintech, consumer technology or AI is a plus.
