Business Unit Head - AI Native Email App

About the role

We are seeking a Business Unit Head to build and lead an AI‑native email application business from end‑to‑end. You will own the P&L, product roadmap, team, and execution, driving growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L, set business strategy, targets and monitor overall performance.
• Identify customer needs and commercial opportunities, decide on product features, and launch them.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and design teams to build and release products.
• Recruit, develop and manage a high‑performing team, setting clear goals and evaluating performance.
• Drive user growth, engagement, revenue and profitability.
• Establish partnerships and operational processes required to scale the business.

Required profile

• Proven track record building, launching or scaling a product, business or business unit.
• Experience owning P&L, revenue, growth or other measurable business outcomes.
• Strong product and commercial judgement with ability to work across functions.
• Hands‑on approach, comfortable moving between strategy and detailed execution.
• Experience in fintech, consumer technology or AI is a plus.
