Assistant Kids Club Manager

About the role

The Assistant Kids Club Manager supports the daily operations of The Apurva Kempinski Bali’s Kids Club, ensuring a safe, luxurious and memorable experience for young guests. You will work closely with the Kids Club Manager to lead a team of attendants, create engaging programmes and uphold the 5‑star service standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement daily activity schedules that are culturally enriching, creative and age‑appropriate.
• Supervise day‑to‑day operations, guaranteeing cleanliness, maintenance and compliance with international safety standards.
• Assist in training, scheduling and motivating the Kids Club team, fostering a child‑first mindset.
• Serve as the primary contact for parents, handling registrations, inquiries, special requests and feedback with professional empathy.
• Enforce strict sign‑in/sign‑out procedures and health protocols; ensure staff are trained in basic first aid and emergency procedures.
• Manage inventory of supplies, track attendance data and support budget monitoring for the department.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Indonesian citizenship.
• High energy, patient, nurturing attitude with a genuine passion for working with children.
• Professional and polished appearance at all times.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities with children.
