Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

To produce an outstanding guest experience within the outlet concept by managing a service team in cooperation with the culinary team. The Restaurant Manager provides courteous, professional and efficient service in line with outlet, hotel and Kempinski standards, driving sales and maximising profit.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high quality of product and service in the outlet.
• Drive sales to the outlet’s full potential while adhering to budget.
• Develop the outlet entrepreneurially, seeking opportunities to generate additional business.
• Foster innovation and communicate new ideas to the Head of Department.
• Implement growth of internal talent within the outlet.

Required profile

• Indonesian citizen with at least 2 years’ experience in F&B management, preferably in a 5‑star hotel chain.
• Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times.
• Capacity to work independently, thrive under pressure and provide proactive, rational solutions.
