Finance Manager

About the role

FHI 360 is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial, operational and administrative functions of the STRIDES project in Indonesia. Reporting to the Associate Director, the incumbent will ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulations, FHI 360 policies and Indonesian statutory requirements while supporting the organization’s mission to strengthen infectious disease detection systems.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting and reporting for the STRIDES project.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial deliverables to donors and regulatory bodies.
• Lead procurement, logistics, sub‑award management and compliance processes.
• Provide strategic guidance on financial risk management, cost control and sustainability.
• Build capacity of project finance and operations staff and promote strong internal controls.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Proven experience managing finances for large, donor‑funded projects, preferably in the non‑profit or international development sector.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Government financial regulations and Indonesian statutory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
