BIM Modeller – 3D MEP Modeling & Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to create and maintain intelligent 3D models of MEP and I&C systems for our projects in Jakarta. You will work closely with the Lead BIM Engineer and regional teams to ensure accurate, clash‑free designs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update data‑rich 3D models of ductwork, piping, cable trays, conduit, and control panels using Autodesk Revit or equivalent BIM software.
• Perform multidisciplinary clash detection in Navisworks or BIM 360/ACC and resolve conflicts before construction.
• Generate 2D shop drawings, riser diagrams, single‑line diagrams and installation layouts directly from the BIM model.
• Maintain model data, families, schedules and quantity take‑offs for cost estimation and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans, LOD requirements and engineering codes.
• Participate in coordination meetings with architects, structural engineers and contractors.

Required profile

• Experience in BIM modelling for MEP or I&C systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Good understanding of BIM standards and documentation processes.
