Recruitment Officer (Karawang)

About the role

The company is looking for a Recruitment Officer to support its talent acquisition activities. The role will be based in Jakarta and will focus on sourcing, assessing, and placing candidates for various client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychological testing using the company’s assessment tools.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Degree in Psychology (S1 or D3) or related field.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Good physical and mental health, ready to start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating a computer.
• Ability to apply psychological testing tools.
