About the role

The Project Manager will lead civil‑engineering construction projects for PT Techno Prefab Indonesia, overseeing the delivery of insulated sandwich panel systems and modular building solutions. The role involves coordinating internal teams, external partners, and ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements. The manager will also ensure compliance with construction and safety regulations while maintaining competitive cost control.

Required profile

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
  • 3‑5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with multinational exposure.
  • Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to make fast decisions under pressure and solve complex problems.
  • Willingness to work on various project sites and handle project documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and internet applications.

Required skills

  • Microsoft Office suite.
