Customer Solutions Engineer – Site Surveyor

About the role

The Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) – Site Surveyor is responsible for conducting site surveys for modernization projects across Indonesia, supporting tender processes and ensuring accurate survey results. The role requires high mobility, the ability to work outside regular office hours, and effective communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys for Modernization Projects during tender phases.
• Deliver accurate survey results for Modernization Projects.
• Support projects with survey orders as needed.
• Accommodate survey activities outside regular office hours.
• Communicate non‑technical queries from customers during tender and order phases.
• Travel across the Indonesia region to perform surveys.
• Utilize provided survey tools and the KONE survey platform.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3‑5 years of engineering experience in the elevator business.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and team orientation.
