Livelihood and Resilience Specialist

About the role

The Livelihood & Resilience Specialist will provide strategic technical and management support for World Vision Indonesia’s livelihood and food security programmes. Working closely with area programme staff and operations teams, the specialist ensures that programmes are well‑planned, funded, and monitored across both development and emergency contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee detailed implementation plans for livelihood, food security and climate‑resilient agriculture projects.
• Manage the Integrated Program Framework (IPF) budget for the assigned zone, ensuring financial compliance and effective resource use.
• Provide technical guidance for project implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
• Coordinate emergency livelihood programming, overseeing budgeting, implementation and quality assurance during crises.
• Collect, analyse and report real‑time field data to support grant acquisition and donor reporting.
• Lead the integration of food security and climate‑resilient agriculture initiatives to promote inclusive and green growth.
• Support the acquisition of funding for livelihood and resilience interventions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in livelihood, food security or climate‑resilient agriculture programming.
• Strong background in project management, budgeting and donor compliance.
• Experience in monitoring, evaluation and data‑driven reporting.
• Ability to work in emergency contexts and coordinate multi‑stakeholder teams.
