Area Sales Manager – Power Tools (Samarinda)

About the role

Bosch is looking for an energetic Area Sales Manager to lead the Power Tools business in the Samarinda region. You will be responsible for driving turnover and profit while developing strong relationships with direct dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Take turnover and profit responsibility for the defined sales territory by actively developing, maintaining, and growing existing and potential direct dealers.
• Ensure strong price and terms‑and‑conditions realization within the defined corridors, guided by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Optimize profit and sales through strategic customer segmentation and product mix management.
• Conduct systematic follow‑up visits, plan next steps, and support the development of direct dealers.
• Identify and acquire new dealers while expanding the existing customer portfolio within the territory.
• Communicate and implement cross‑business‑unit marketing activities across the sales area.

Required profile

• Prior sales experience is highly preferred.
• College degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field is highly regarded.
• Native speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Strong willingness to travel regularly.
• Residence in or near Samarinda.
