Zone Program Manager – West Indonesia

About the role

World Vision Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Zone Program Manager to lead and oversee program delivery in West Indonesia. The role combines strategic oversight, partnership development, and operational management to ensure high‑quality outcomes for vulnerable children.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all programs and projects within the zone.
• Coordinate with functional and sectoral teams to align implementation with organizational policies, donor requirements, and technical standards.
• Develop and execute the zone’s strategy, including geographic focus, advocacy priorities, and funding growth plans.
• Ensure annual plans and budgets support national strategic objectives and are monitored for performance.
• Identify new funding opportunities, negotiate project charters, and manage the development of proposals.
• Oversee reporting, quality assurance, and compliance with donor regulations.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management within the humanitarian or development sector.
• Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and external partners.
• Experience in donor compliance, reporting, and resource mobilization.
• Willingness to travel within the zone and respond to emergencies.
