Wellness Instructor – Resort Gym & Programs

About the role

The Wellness Instructor will lead the daily operations of the resort’s gym and wellness areas, delivering high‑quality programs that enhance guest wellbeing. Reporting to the Spa Director, you will create engaging experiences that combine fitness, holistic practices, and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the gym and wellness spaces, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain all equipment and facilities in optimal condition.
• Implement and execute wellness programs and activations as defined by the Spa Director.
• Tailor program delivery to guest preferences while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Collect guest feedback, assess program success, and adjust offerings accordingly.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for program supplies and ensure timely availability.
• Uphold the highest standards for all wellness activities offered to guests.
• Monitor participation rates and overall engagement to evaluate effectiveness.

Required profile

• Indonesian citizen with at least 2 years of experience in wellness (e.g., yoga, sound healing) or hospitality.
• In‑depth knowledge of wellness programs, fitness techniques, and holistic practices.
• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Commitment to staying current with wellness trends.
• Passion for guest satisfaction and wellness.
• Professional certification in fitness, wellness, or related fields is preferred.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations for wellness facilities.
