Visual Merchandising Manager

About the role

The Visual Merchandising Manager will interpret global and cluster brand environment guidelines, translate seasonal concepts for local execution, and ensure a consistent, engaging shopping experience across all retail channels. This role leads the planning, development, and execution of brand environment initiatives for Levi’s and other LS&Co brands.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation of VM Development Plans, including capacity planning and planograms, for new and renewal stores across retail, shop‑in‑shop, outlet, and traditional wholesale channels.
• Manage in‑store digital content activation and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Liaise with Brand Environment Specialists, SP&C managers, marketing leads, merchandising and planning teams to adapt global direction to local markets.
• Provide training and clear direction to District Managers, Store Managers, and Visual Merchandisers to guarantee consistent execution.
• Review floor plans, oversee refits and new openings, and obtain timely approvals.
• Define layout, fixture configuration, and ensure compliance with global/cluster approvals.
• Drive collaboration across retail, wholesale, marketing, planning, and merchandising functions.
• Report on brand environment activities and competitive insights to cluster and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Tertiary education in Visual Arts, Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, advertising, or a comparable creative role.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of brand environment guidelines and seasonal concept adaptation.
• Experience with capacity planning, planogram development, and in‑store digital content management.
• Ability to train and coach store‑level teams on visual standards.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
