About the role
We are looking for a motivated Tele Account professional to join our sales team. This entry‑level position focuses on contacting merchants by phone and email to promote and sell our products, while building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Contact merchants via phone and email to introduce and sell products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to support business growth.
- Educate merchants on platform features, campaigns, and programs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and merchant interactions.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑oriented and highly motivated.
- Willing to work full‑time onsite in Yogyakarta and start as soon as possible.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
