About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technician to join AJ Bakery & Cake in North Jakarta. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of bakery production lines, store equipment and building facilities through regular maintenance and timely repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of bread‑making machines and production equipment.
• Maintain store assets such as computers, electrical installations, refrigerators and other appliances.
• Carry out building upkeep, including periodic servicing of air‑conditioning units.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repair work on production machinery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a general or building technician.
• Completed SMK (vocational high school) in engineering or a D‑3 technical degree.
• Good communication skills, honesty and strong integrity.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

Required skills

• Understanding of electrical circuits and power systems.
• Knowledge of split‑type air‑conditioning and cooling systems.
• Experience with refrigeration equipment.
• Basic civil and building maintenance abilities.
