Technical / R&D Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Technical / R&D Engineer to drive corporate innovation, develop new products and enhance existing ones. The role bridges scientific research with practical implementation to keep our business competitive in the sanitary products market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of new products and the development of advanced technologies.
• Improve the efficiency and performance of existing product lines.
• Translate scientific research into practical manufacturing solutions.
• Manage CAPEX projects for product modifications and scale‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (minimum GPA 3.00).
• 5‑10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of casting, forging, injection molding, machining, polishing, plating and PVD processes.
• Solid understanding of research methodologies, data analysis and CAPEX project management.
• Experience with product formulation, design, feasibility testing and scale‑up.
• Proficiency in technical and engineering design software.
• Willingness to be based in Serpong‑Tangerang.
