Technical Officer – Monitoring & Evaluation / Systems Integration

About the role

The Technical Officer M&E/SI will support the Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) project in Indonesia. Working from Jakarta, the officer will provide technical assistance on monitoring and evaluation, information‑system development, and surveillance to improve HIV case‑finding, treatment, and viral load suppression.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing the M&E framework for the EpiC program, including work plans, indicator selection, and data collection tools.
• Provide technical support to provincial and district partners and health facilities on data quality, surveillance, and data use.
• Collaborate with the M&E/SI manager to ensure program activities are properly monitored and evaluated.
• Develop and maintain reporting forms and mechanisms for national HIV/AIDS and TB program partners.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, health information systems, or disease surveillance.
• Familiarity with HIV program data and national health reporting requirements.
• Ability to work with government agencies, NGOs, and international partners.
