Team Building Facilitator for KREASI Programme

About the role

The KREASI programme, a partnership between the Indonesian ministries of education and religious affairs, seeks an experienced facilitator to lead a multi‑day team‑building retreat for around 60 staff members. The retreat aims to strengthen communication, trust and collaboration as the programme moves into its third year of implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a structured, multi‑day retreat outside Jakarta for approximately 60 participants, ranging from officers to the Chief of Party.
• Collaborate with the retreat planning team to define objectives, agenda and desired outcomes.
• Facilitate interactive activities that promote teamwork, effective communication and alignment with KREASI’s values.
• Provide expert guidance on leadership, group dynamics and organisational culture throughout the event.
• Prepare post‑retreat recommendations to sustain team cohesion and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience facilitating large‑group team‑building events or retreats.
• Strong understanding of leadership development, group dynamics and organisational culture.
• Ability to work with diverse staff levels and adapt facilitation style accordingly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
