About the role

The Talent Banker Program (TBP) is a one‑year, structured development scheme designed to fast‑track high‑potential graduates into future banking leaders. Participants will rotate across key banking functions, work on real business projects and receive continuous mentorship from senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through core banking divisions to gain cross‑functional exposure.
• Support strategic initiatives and real‑world business projects.
• Analyze data and market trends to assist decision‑making.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on process improvement and innovation.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through clubs, projects, competitions or internships.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• High learning agility and a growth mindset.
• Passion for building a career in the banking industry.
