About the role

Join the Human Capital team of PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia as a Talent Acquisition Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience in the full recruitment cycle within a dynamic banking environment, supporting the creation of a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates for various banking roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment administration, update candidate databases and track progress.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
• Resides in Jakarta and available for a six‑month internship.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
