System Engineer EOS

About the role

We are looking for a System Engineer specialized in Dell server and storage technologies to join our IT team in North Jakarta. The successful candidate will ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our data‑center infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Dell PowerEdge servers and Dell storage platforms (PowerVault, Unity, SC Series).
• Perform hardware and firmware upgrades, and manage iDRAC interfaces.
• Implement and monitor backup and disaster‑recovery processes on storage systems.
• Troubleshoot server and storage issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with the IT team to guarantee system availability and optimal performance.
• Plan capacity growth based on business requirements.
• Provide technical support for server‑ and storage‑related incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience with Dell servers and storage solutions.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
