System Analyst

About the role

The System Analyst will work closely with the Head of Product and Product Manager to create and maintain product documentation that aligns with business needs. Based in Bandung, the role bridges the gap between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring that delivered solutions match documented requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Product/Product Manager in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) following company standards.
• Represent the product team to communicate development plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Review applications to verify that the development output satisfies the specifications outlined in the BRD/FSD.

Required profile

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience drafting Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specification Documents.
• Ability to create flowcharts, flowmaps, ER diagrams, and UI design mock‑ups.
