System Analyst – Financial Services

About the role

The System Analyst will work within the IT and Software function to bridge business needs and technical solutions for financial services clients. This role involves translating business requirements into detailed system specifications and supporting the delivery of robust software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and produce clear, comprehensive system specifications.
• Prepare and maintain requirement documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Use Cases, and User Stories.
• Support system development and configuration through coding and technical implementation when required.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct functional testing and validate system functionality against business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users, identifying, resolving, and validating issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry (Banking, Insurance, Multifinance).
• Strong background in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience leading or coordinating a team is an advantage.
