Study Abroad Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Study Abroad Consultant to guide Indonesian students through the entire overseas education journey. You will combine expert knowledge of international universities with strong sales abilities to help candidates select programs, secure scholarships, and complete applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for university applications, including institution selection, personal statement drafting, document preparation, visa assistance and pre‑departure guidance.
• Consult prospective students and their families on study‑abroad options, scholarships and admission processes.
• Achieve assigned sales targets by converting leads into paying customers.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with students and families to ensure satisfaction, referrals and repeat business.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of international education options, university admission requirements and scholarship programs.
• Proven sales and persuasion abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
