Strategic Advisor & Developer for SPARK Digital Ecosystem (Consultancy)

About the role

The consultancy supports Save the Children Indonesia (SCIDN) in designing and delivering a SPARK‑based digital ecosystem that includes a Partnerships Excellence Center, a Humanitarian Hub, and the PRESTASI Learning Management System. The advisor will guide vision, governance, and technical implementation across all phases.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder workshops, assess current systems, and define business and technical requirements.
• Design solution architecture, data models, integration and security frameworks for the SPARK ecosystem.
• Configure and develop MVP components, perform testing, and prepare deployment readiness.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer for a smooth handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital ecosystem design, solution architecture, and consultancy for large‑scale platforms.
• Strong ability to work with multi‑stakeholder environments, including NGOs, donors, and government agencies.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end projects from discovery through go‑live and handover.
