Sponsorship Relation & Product Enhancement Officer

About the role

The Sponsorship Relation & Product Enhancement (SRPE) Officer supports zonal and area program teams in managing sponsorship operations, enhancing sponsor engagement, and ensuring high‑quality communication between children, families, communities and sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and guidance to zonal/AP teams on sponsorship standards, policies and processes.
• Develop and implement sponsor engagement tools such as correspondences, rich media and sponsor visits.
• Monitor sponsorship performance, produce regular reports, identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Build capacity of staff through training modules, resources and coaching on sponsorship best practices.
• Ensure compliance with child protection, data security and safeguarding policies in all sponsorship activities.

Required profile

• Experience in managing sponsorship programmes or similar donor‑engagement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding standards.
• Ability to analyse performance data, produce reports and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple teams and stakeholders.
