Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

Livit, an incubator and accelerator for entrepreneurs, startups and remote teams, is looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Social Media & Community Manager in Bali. The role takes ownership of social media and community engagement, working closely with a small team so you are involved in both decision-making and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Social media management on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
• Create content, including copywriting, design and short-form video
• Manage communities on online channels and member platforms, and drive engagement in the Livit Hub community online and in person
• Build relationships with members, partners and event attendees, and create opportunities for collaboration
• Support community events, networking sessions, workshops and member initiatives, including event planning, promotion, hosting, live coverage and content documentation
• Monitor social media conversations, messages and comments
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks for the Marketing & Community team

Required profile

• Based in Bali
• Proficient in English, with excellent oral and written communication
• Tech-savvy and able to thrive with minimal guidance
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, digital marketing, event management or customer success
• Highly organized, hands-on and proactive
• Able to work from the office 5 days a week during probation; after probation, some remote days may be possible
