Senior Fullstack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to design, build, and enhance web applications using Next.js, Go (Golang), and Java. The role involves translating business and technical requirements into scalable, high‑quality solutions while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve applications with Next.js, Go, and/or Java.
• Design and implement APIs, backend services, and frontend features based on project needs.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure security, performance, and quality.
• Troubleshoot bugs, technical issues, and production incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and other engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in system design discussions, architecture decisions, and effort estimation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Fullstack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development with Next.js.
• Extensive backend experience using Go (Golang) and/or Java.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, API development, databases, and building scalable applications.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality solutions under tight deadlines while maintaining code reliability.
