Senior Assurance Associate – CIPS TMT

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Assurance Associate for its CIPS TMT line of service in Jakarta. The role focuses on delivering independent audit and assurance services, evaluating financial statements, internal controls and regulatory compliance for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial statement audits to obtain reasonable assurance that statements are free from material misstatement.
• Assess governance, risk management processes and related internal controls.
• Issue audit reports that include the auditor’s opinion.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Interpret data to develop insights and recommendations for clients.
• Uphold PwC’s professional, technical and independence standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3‑5 years of experience in external audit at a public accounting firm.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Professional certification such as CPA is an advantage.
