Senior Associate – Enterprise System & Transformation Assurance

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Risk Assurance practice within the Enterprise System & Transformation Assurance (ESTA) team. You will help clients plan, deliver and protect value from digital transformation programmes, focusing on finance and controlling workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client ERP systems and their support for business processes, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Develop business requirement documents that serve as the basis for digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide independent assistance during system implementation, acting as quality assurance, programme management office and change‑management support.
• Perform post‑go‑live reviews and support change‑management activities across finance, procurement, order‑to‑cash, manufacturing and payroll modules.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP transformation, implementation or technology risk/assurance.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes in at least one leading ERP platform.
• Hands‑on involvement across multiple ERP lifecycle phases (design, fit‑gap, configuration, testing, data migration, cut‑over, reporting, controls design, hyper‑care or post‑implementation review).
• Experience assessing and improving internal controls over financial reporting within ERP systems.
