Senior Associate – Deals Advisory – Corporate Valuation

About the role

Join PwC's Valuations practice within Deals Transaction Services as a Senior Associate. You will help leading organisations realise value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital market transactions by providing robust valuation opinions and transaction modelling.

Key responsibilities

• Research financial risks and conduct forecast analysis for client transactions.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation advice.
• Provide accurate, data‑driven valuation opinions and transaction models.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, ensuring compliance with PwC standards.
• Use a range of analytical tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.
• Communicate findings clearly and influence stakeholders with structured arguments.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong critical‑thinking abilities and comfort with unstructured problems.
• Self‑awareness, willingness to receive feedback and coach junior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
